After successfully completing a $46 million dollar "State-of-the-Art" artisan cheese making facility for EMMI, the GFS Resource Group has been launched.

The facility, has first of its kind technology allowed into the U.S, and was built to exceed the technical standards required by the Global Food Safety Initiative.  Additional value was added by integrating lean/six sigma into the design process.

Our business, is to coordinate all of the requirements; Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Contract and Incentive negotiations, Facility Design, Construction, with Process Integration all from an OWNERS perspective.
